thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of grieving.  Doug was a wonderful man.  may you have many wonderful memories of him.

As the Operations Manager for Radec, I had the pleasure of working with and coordinating with Doug on many occassions.  He was a first rate foreman that maintained his calm during trying times.  His warm hearted smile always made me feel at ease.  He will surely be missed and always remembered for his kind and gentle manner.

Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers in this time of sorrow!!  He fought till the end

I wish I was there with everybody during this difficult time.  Doug was a selfless man who always thought of others before himself.  He will be missed and he will be remembered with love.

I am very sorry for your loss.  I worked with Doug and know he was a fine man.  We are all saddened by his passing.

I am so sorry to here the news.  Doug was a stand up guy which in my opinion is becoming very rare in this world.  I knew Doug as a person who was set in his ways and was not afraid to tell you when he disagreed with your opinion but also he would not hesitate for a second to also stand up and admit when he was wrong.  The saying "as honest as the day is long" describes Doug perfectly.  My heart and thoughts go out to his family as no words can truly do justice at a time like this.
