Joy B. Skinner, 63, of 75 West Main St., Friendship, passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, following a brief illness. Born August 9, 1960, she was the daughter of Wayner A. and Twila R. Stoddard Skinner.
Joy resided in Friendship all of her life, attended and graduated from Friendship Central School class of 1978. She also attended Jamestown Community College, receiving an associates degree.
She loved her dogs, Daphne and Charlie. She loved her family very much and spending time with them.
Surviving are 2 sisters, Valorie M. (Rev. Calvin) Miller of Winchendon, MA and Violet R. Butler of Allegany, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Friendship. The Rev. Calvin Miller will conduct services.
